## Ask the help chat

For a quick answer at any time, ask the **MJX Help** chat. When one guide clearly answers your question, the chat shows the menu path and the first steps straight from that guide, with a **Read the full guide →** link and up to two related guides. If that is not what you needed, press **Not what you needed? Ask the assistant** and an AI answers instead. Questions about prices, plans or which product to choose, and follow-up questions, always go to the AI, which answers from these guides and MJX's price list in plain English, with a **Read the guide →** link to the page it used.

- **Signed in:** press the **Help** icon (the question mark) in the top bar, right of the bell. On a phone the chat opens full screen.
- **On the website and in these docs:** press the round chat button at the bottom right.

If the chat is not sure, it says so. Press **Talk to us on WhatsApp**, or **Ask MJX to call me** and leave your name and mobile number, and a person will get back to you. The chat cannot change anything in your account — it only explains. Your chat stays in this browser tab; do not type passwords or sign-in codes into it.

Your school or institute owns your child's records, fees and courses. Ask them first about marks, fees, or which course you were given. For app or sign-in problems, you can contact MJX at the numbers above.
