## Questions people ask

### What is the difference between a module and a feature?

A module (product) is a part of Pathshala you switch on and pay for, such as MJX Fees Management. A feature is one capability inside it, such as fee reminders, which may need a higher plan.

### What is the difference between a role and a job?

Every login has one role — Owner, Admin or Staff. A job, such as Accountant or Class Teacher, narrows exactly which screens that person can open.

### What is a WhatsApp template?

A message approved in advance by WhatsApp. You need one to message somebody first; replies inside an open conversation do not need a template.
