Each answer links to the full guide. ## Plans and pricing ### Is there a free plan? Yes. Every sign-up starts with a 14-day trial of every feature, with no card. After that, **MJX Hire Forever Free** keeps your careers page, one open job and the candidate board at no cost. Nothing is deleted when the trial ends. See [Plans](hire/index#plans). ### What do Basic and Pro add? **Basic** adds interviews, offers and candidate email, recruitment agencies, DigiLocker and document checks, and up to 10 open jobs. **Pro** adds AI resume reading (ATS match), AI video interviews, AI screening calls, offer letters without the MJX mark, your logo and colours, and no limit on open jobs. ### Is MJX Hire part of a bundle? Yes. It is included in **MJX People Plus** (with HR, Payroll and Attendance) and in **MJX ONE**. See [Plans and billing](account/plans-and-billing). ## Jobs and the careers page ### Where is my careers page? At your address followed by `/careers`, for example `https://sunrise.pathshala.mjxtechnologies.com/careers`. Copy the one-line website code from the Recruitment home and paste it into any page of your website. ### Will my jobs show on Google Jobs and Naukri? Open jobs go to Google Jobs and the free job boards by themselves. For LinkedIn, Naukri, foundit and Indeed, copy the ready-made text with its tracked link and post it from your employer account. See [Free job boards](hire/job-boards). ## Candidates ### Can I import candidates I already have? You can add them one by one with **Add a candidate** on a job, with their resume. Nothing is sent to them. ### Can candidates see their status? Yes. They sign in with a one-time code at your `/candidate/login` page. See [The candidate's page](hire/candidate-portal). ### Do screening questions reject anybody? No. An answer different from what the job needs is flagged as "Answer to check". ## AI features ### What is the ATS match? How many of the job's requirements the resume shows, as a count and a percentage, with quotes. See [ATS match](hire/ats-matching). ### What does the AI screening call ask? Total experience, relevant experience, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period or last working day, and whether they will relocate. See [AI screening calls](hire/interviews-and-ai-screening-calls). ### Which languages does the AI call speak? It opens in English or Hindi. With MJX's own voice engine on, it follows the person into Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Tamil, Kannada or Punjabi, and back to English. ## Offers and joining ### How does the candidate sign the offer? They read it on their page, type their name, draw a signature and confirm with a 6-digit code. You get a signed copy. See [Offer letters](hire/offers). ### What if I need to stop an offer? Use **Put on hold** to pause it, or **Withdraw offer** to take it back. The candidate is not emailed in either case. ## Agencies ### Can agencies see each other's candidates? No. Each agency sees only its own candidates. If a person is already with you, the agency is told only "already with the company". See [Agencies and agency terms](hire/agencies-and-agency-terms). ## Data and security ### Who can see candidate documents? Only the team hiring the candidate. Documents are kept encrypted. For Aadhaar, MJX Hire asks only for the masked copy, and DigiLocker keeps only the last 4 digits. ### How long are AI video interview recordings kept? Until 180 days after the job closes, then they are deleted. ## The app ### Is there a phone app? Yes, **MJX Hire** for Android. Open [/app/hire](~/app/hire) on your phone. MJX Hire is the recruitment software and applicant tracking system in Pathshala by MJX Technologies. It gives you a careers page, free job board listings, one candidate board, interviews, offer letters, agencies and, on Pro, AI resume reading and AI screening calls. ### How much does MJX Hire cost? Forever Free is ₹0. Basic was ₹1,499 a month and Pro ₹2,999 a month on 28 October 2026, before 18% GST, with yearly prices lower. See the MJX Hire product page for today's prices. ### Is MJX Hire priced per recruiter or per job? Neither. It is priced per organisation. Plans differ by open-job limits and features. ### Does the AI reject anybody? No. The AI reports what a resume, a call or a video answer says, with quotes. A person always decides. ### Are AI screening calls recorded? The call is listened to and spoken on MJX's own servers when MJX's voice engine is on, and only the text of the answers is kept on the candidate's profile. ### Can I use my own telephone number for AI calls? Yes. You connect your own Plivo, Twilio, Exotel or other account, and calls go out from your number. Your provider bills you for the minutes. ### Does a new joiner become an employee automatically? After you mark them as joined, press "Make … an employee". A staff login is made and their staff record is filled from MJX Hire.
