Modules start at ₹499 a month and you pay for the ones you switch on — there is no minimum bundle. Every module also has a 30-day free trial with no card, so the true minimum to start is ₹0. The current price of each module is on the pricing page.

That the module is on the roadmap and has no screens behind it yet. Those carry no price and cannot be bought — we are not willing to bill an institute for something it cannot open. They have a waitlist instead, and joining it moves them up the list.

Completely. The AI detects what the parent actually wrote — Devanagari Hindi, Roman Hindi, English or code-mixed Hinglish — and replies in the same one. The owner dashboard has a Hindi UI as well.

Yes — a WhatsApp Business number in your institute's name is what parents message and what replies leave on. Connecting one is its own module, Own WhatsApp Number, and it is a guided flow you run yourself in minutes. We do not put institutes on a shared number: one reported template on a shared number would hurt every institute using it.

A parent messages your number. The AI (built on Claude by Anthropic) detects their language and answers from the knowledge base you wrote — fees, admission process, timings, facilities. If one of your uploaded PDFs answers the question, it sends the PDF instead of describing it, which costs no AI tokens and gives the parent the actual document. When it does not know, it stops and flags the conversation rather than guessing.

Yes. From the enquiry, type and send a WhatsApp message directly, like WhatsApp Web. The AI pauses automatically while you are replying so it cannot talk over you, and resumes only when you say so.
