No, and that is the point of it. Every module is its own product with its own page and its own price. Most institutes switch on one — usually the thing costing them most right now — and add the next months later. There are 10 modules you can switch on today.

Both. Every sign-up starts with a 14-day trial of every feature, with no card. After it, each product moves to its Forever Free plan by itself — never locked, nothing you added is lost — with small limits and the MJX look. Basic and Pro add the rest whenever you want them.

Modules start at ₹499 a month and you pay for the ones you switch on — there is no minimum bundle. Every module also has a 14-day free trial (then a Forever Free plan) with no card, so the true minimum to start is ₹0. The current price of each module is on the pricing page.

No. Pathshala is for schools, colleges, coaching centres, tuition classes and skill institutes: you pick your type at sign-up and the screens use your words. Businesses use the same MJX products under their own names — MJX CRM, MJX HR, MJX Payroll, MJX Attendance and MJX Hire.

Pathshala does, in MJX Fees Management. The reminders screen lists every family with a pending or overdue fee and the amount; you choose who to remind and the reminder goes out on WhatsApp with a link to view and pay. Nothing is sent automatically, so one wrong fee structure can never message every parent.

That the module is on the roadmap and has no screens behind it yet. Those carry no price and cannot be bought — we are not willing to bill an institute for something it cannot open. They have a waitlist instead, and joining it moves them up the list.

Completely. The AI detects what the parent actually wrote — Devanagari Hindi, Roman Hindi, English or code-mixed Hinglish — and replies in the same one. The owner dashboard has a Hindi UI as well.

Every MJX product works in the phone's browser today, and the parent portal can be added to the home screen. The MJX apps for Android — MJX Parent, MJX Teacher, MJX Learn, MJX CRM, MJX People, MJX Hire and MJX Library — are on their way to Google Play; the Get the app page shows which ones are listed.

Not to start. On Forever Free and Basic, replies and messages go out on MJX's shared WhatsApp number, so you can begin the same day. The Pro plans connect your own WhatsApp Business number in your institute's name — a guided flow you run yourself in minutes — so parents see your name.

A parent messages your number. The AI (built on Claude by Anthropic) detects their language and answers from the knowledge base you wrote — fees, admission process, timings, facilities. If one of your uploaded PDFs answers the question, it sends the PDF instead of describing it, which costs no AI tokens and gives the parent the actual document. When it does not know, it stops and flags the conversation rather than guessing.

Yes. From the enquiry, type and send a WhatsApp message directly, like WhatsApp Web. The AI pauses automatically while you are replying so it cannot talk over you, and resumes only when you say so.
