Questions partners ask
How is my commission worked out?+
As a percentage of what your customer pays MJX, before GST. We agree the percentage — and for how long you earn it — with you when we approve you. A payment that is refunded does not earn a commission.
Who is my customer?+
Any institute or business that signs up through your link. If you sign someone up another way, tell us and we add them to your list.
When do I get paid?+
Once you are owed ₹10,000, a button on your partner page lets you ask for it. MJX approves the request and pays you by bank transfer, less 10% TDS. Each payment counts once its 30-day refund window is over (and not while a refund is being asked for). You see every payment your customers make, what you earned on it and what we have paid you, on your partner page.
What price do my customers pay?+
A referral partner’s customers pay the price MJX lists. A reseller can sell for less, down to MJX’s price for them: the customer pays MJX through the reseller’s payment link (UPI, card or net banking), MJX keeps its price and the rest is the reseller’s. Nobody collects cash.
Who supports the customer?+
MJX, always. A reseller partner can also do the first setup and training themselves.
Do I need a company or GST?+
No. Individuals can join. If you have a GSTIN, add it to your application.
