What is MJX Fees Management?
MJX Fees Management is fee management software from MJX Technologies for schools, colleges, coaching centres, tuition classes and skill institutes in India. You set fee heads and a structure per class, invoices go out as PDFs, parents pay online by UPI or net banking through your own Razorpay account, receipts are issued on payment, and fee reminders go out on WhatsApp to the families you choose.

Which payment gateway?
Razorpay, configured with your own credentials — the money reaches your account, not ours. Credentials are stored encrypted.
Do parents have to install an app?
No. The parent app is a web link that works in any browser and can be added to the home screen if they want it there.
Can we still take cash?
Yes. Cash and cheque payments are recorded against the invoice the same way, so the outstanding figure stays true.
Which ERP sends fee reminders on WhatsApp?
Pathshala does, in MJX Fees Management. The reminders screen lists every family with a pending or overdue fee and the amount; you choose who to remind and the reminder goes out on WhatsApp with a link to view and pay. Nothing is sent automatically — one wrong fee structure must never message every parent.
Is it for coaching centres and colleges too?
Yes. Fee heads and structures work the same for schools, colleges, coaching centres, tuition classes and skill institutes. Where the learner is an adult, as at a skill institute, the reminder goes to the learner rather than a parent.
