What happens when the AI does not know the answer?

It stops guessing and flags the conversation for you instead. An unanswered question in your queue is recoverable; a confidently wrong answer to a parent is not.

Can I see what the AI said to a parent?

Yes — the full thread is on the enquiry, in order, with who sent what.
