The register, the timetable, the homework and the exam — one place
Students, attendance, subjects, timetable, homework, syllabus, question bank, exams and certificates. The day-to-day record of what your institute actually taught and who was there for it.
No card needed · only MJX Academic is switched on
Any institute still keeping attendance in a register and the timetable on a wall.
A student register that fills itself in
Admission numbers and roll numbers are suggested, not typed. The field list is one array in the code, so what you can record is the same everywhere it appears.
Attendance in about thirty seconds
Class-wise, on a phone, one tap per student. Month view and CSV export for anyone who asks for it on paper.
Shortage caught before the exam, not after
Students falling below your attendance threshold are surfaced with an alert log — so the conversation with the parent happens while it can still change something.

Try it freeHomework with a pending list
Set it per class and subject; see at a glance which classes have not had any this week.
Try it freeTimetable and syllabus that agree
The grid your day actually runs on, and how far each class has got through its chapters. Exam portions come out of the same list.
Try it freeYour own question bank, then your exam
Questions filed by class and subject, reusable across papers, with datesheets and marks entry on the other end.
Try it freeStaff attendance and delegation
Who marked the register when the class teacher was away, recorded rather than remembered.
Try it freeTCs and bonafides, from the register
Transfer certificates, bonafides and marksheets generated out of the student record instead of a Word file somebody has to find — and a log of what was issued to whom, so a re-request is answered from history.

Questions people ask
How long does setup take?
Classes and subjects are a one-time entry. Most institutes are marking attendance the same day; a full student import depends on how clean your existing list is.
Do parents see any of this?
Homework and attendance reach parents through the parent app and WhatsApp. What is administrative — staff attendance, delegations — stays with you.
Can I get the data out?
Yes. Attendance, timetable, syllabus and questions all have CSV exports.
Do you do PTM scheduling, online tests and analytics?
Not yet. All three are planned as parts of this module rather than as separate products you would pay for again — parent-teacher meeting slots, online MCQ tests marked on submission, and reporting that reads attendance, results and fees together. None of them has a screen today, and we would rather say so than sell you a menu item that opens nothing.
