What is MJX Academic?
MJX Academic is the academic part of Pathshala, the education ERP from MJX Technologies, for schools, colleges, coaching centres, tuition classes and skill institutes in India. It keeps the student register, class-wise attendance, timetable, homework, syllabus progress, a question bank, exams and marks, and issues transfer certificates, bonafides and marksheets from the student record.

How long does setup take?
Classes and subjects are a one-time entry. Most institutes are marking attendance the same day; a full student import depends on how clean your existing list is.
Do parents see any of this?
Homework and attendance reach parents through the parent app and WhatsApp. What is administrative — staff attendance, delegations — stays with you.
Can I get the data out?
Yes. Attendance, timetable, syllabus and questions all have CSV exports.
Do you do PTM scheduling and online tests?
Not yet — both are planned as parts of this module rather than as separate products. Reports & analytics (attendance against results against fees) is here today, in MJX Academic Pro.
Is MJX Academic a school ERP or a college ERP?
Both, and a coaching or tuition ERP too. You pick your type at sign-up — school, college, coaching centre, tuition classes or skill institute — and Pathshala changes its own vocabulary, fields and workflows to match.
Can it make transfer certificates and marksheets?
Yes. Transfer certificates, bonafide certificates and marksheets are generated from the student record, with a log of what was issued to whom.
