Every application from your careers page, the job boards, the portals and recruitment agencies arrives in one place, and each candidate moves through the stages applied, screening, shortlisted, interview, offer and joined, with the notes, messages, interviews and offer letter kept on the candidate's page. On MJX Hire Pro every new application also gets an ATS match: how many of the job's requirements the resume shows, as a percentage, with the words from the resume.

You connect your own telephone account — Plivo, Twilio, Exotel or another provider — and press "Call with AI" on one candidate or on many. The assistant calls in English or Hindi and asks six things: total experience, relevant experience, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period or last working day, and willingness to relocate. Clear answers are written on the candidate's profile with the words they said; an unclear answer is left for a person. AI screening calls are part of MJX Hire Pro.

No. The AI reports what a resume or a call says against your requirements, with the quote. Moving anybody forward or not is always a person's decision.

The call is listened to and spoken on MJX's own servers, not sent to an outside speech company, and it is not recorded. Only the text of the answers is kept on the candidate's profile.

Only to post there — those portals take jobs through your own employer account. Google Jobs and the free job boards need nothing from you.
