#What is MJX Learn?

MJX Learn is the learning management system in Pathshala by MJX Technologies, for coaching centres, tutors, tuition classes, schools and colleges in India. You sell courses, teach recorded and live classes, run mock tests and answer doubts — on the website (the MJX LMS section) and in the MJX Learn app. See the overview.

#Why does the website say MJX LMS and the app say MJX Learn?

They are the same product. MJX LMS is its name on the website's sidebar and product page; MJX Learn is the app.

#Do I need MJX Fees Management too?

No. It comes with MJX Learn at no extra cost, because a course is billed and unlocked through it.

#Courses and content

#What can a topic be?

A YouTube video, your own uploaded video, a PDF link (opened as a page-turning book) or a written topic. See Create a course.

#Can I release lessons week by week?

Yes. Set each chapter to open a number of days after the learner joins, or press ⏱ Open one chapter every … days.

#Can AI help me build a course?

Yes. AI can draft chapter headings from your syllabus (Pro), write notes and quizzes from the material you paste, draft mock test questions (Pro) and draft review replies (Pro). Nothing is published until you check it.

#Can I teach in person with MJX Learn?

Yes. Choose Offline — taught in person and keep the register, books, fee plan and monthly fee. See Tuition and in-person classes.

#Selling

#How do people buy my course?

From the course's own sale page (share it with Copy link or Send on WhatsApp), from your course store at ~/courses, or in the MJX Learn app. Access opens by itself after payment. See Sell your courses.

#Can I offer discounts?

Yes — discount codes (Basic and up) and refer-a-friend rewards (Pro). See Sell your courses and Grow your sales.

#Who pays the gateway charges?

You decide per course: tick Gateway & transfer charges (and MJX fee where shown) to make the buyer pay them on top.

#Money

#How do I get paid?

Do the four steps on Getting paid & KYC — identity, PAN, bank account and documents. Your share of each sale is sent to your bank. See Get paid.

#Can learners get refunds?

They can ask within 15 days of buying, while fewer than 2 topics have been watched and under half the course has been used. You approve or decline; if nobody answers in 7 days MJX may approve it. See Refunds, invoices and GST.

#Do learners get a GST invoice?

If you enter a GSTIN, learners get a Tax Invoice; otherwise a plain Receipt.

#What is "What you owe MJX"?

MJX's fee on learners you added by hand and refunds MJX paid for you. It comes off your next sale by itself, or you can pay it now. See Plans and billing.

#The app

#Where do learners get the app?

From Google Play (MJX Learn, com.mjxtechnologies.app.lms). They join with your institute code and sign in with a code on WhatsApp. See Learner app.

#Can learners watch offline?

Yes, for your own uploaded videos, if you tick Let learners keep your videos on their phone. See Protect your videos.

#Can the app carry my name and logo?

Yes — set them in App look. On Forever Free learners see MJX's look until you upgrade. Your own Play Store app comes with MJX Full Branding. See App look and notifications.

#Can my teachers use the app?

Yes. Add them under My staff; they see their own courses, students and doubts — never the fees. See Staff and roles.
