WhatsApp and enquiries in MJX Learn — answer every message and keep every enquiry

Connect your own WhatsApp number to MJX Learn. Everyone who messages it gets an automatic answer from what you teach and is saved as an enquiry you can call, message and mark as enrolled — in the app or on the website.

When someone messages your WhatsApp number, MJX Learn answers them at once and saves them as an enquiry: who they are, their number and what they asked. You see them in the app and on the website, call or message them with one tap, and mark them Enrolled or Not interested.

#Connect your WhatsApp

#Open WhatsApp in the app

In the MJX Learn app, open the Menu and tap WhatsApp. Only the owner and admins see this row.

#Tap Connect WhatsApp

Your phone's browser opens the connect page. Sign in with the Facebook account that owns your WhatsApp Business number and follow the steps. It takes about a minute.

#Go back to the app

When the page says You can go back to the MJX Learn app now, return to the app. The WhatsApp screen shows Connected and your number.

You can also connect on the website: Settings › WhatsApp Settings. The number belongs to your organisation, so a number connected in one place is used everywhere in Pathshala.

On the website, an organisation that uses only MJX Learn sees the WhatsApp screens (inbox, templates, knowledge base, documents, message files, visits) once its own number is connected. Until then only WhatsApp Settings is offered on MJX Learn Pro, and none of them on MJX Learn Basic — your learners' messages go out on the shared MJX number by themselves. Opening one of those pages by its address takes you to WhatsApp Settings or the dashboard.

#Enquiries

The list shows each person's name, number, what they asked, where they came from (WhatsApp, Website, Demo booking, App) and their status:

StatusMeaning
NewNobody has spoken to them yet.
TalkingYou or the auto-reply are in a conversation with them.
EnrolledThey joined.
Not interestedThey said no.

Tap a person to see the WhatsApp messages with them, newest at the bottom. Use Call or WhatsApp to reach them, and Mark as Enrolled or Not interested to move them. Back to New puts them back.

A blue dot means there are messages you have not opened yet.

#Notifications

A new enquiry rings the bell, and the MJX Learn app shows New enquiry with the person's name. Tap it to open Enquiries with that person found.

#Questions people ask

Do I need MJX CRM for this?

No. MJX Learn shows the people who messaged your WhatsApp in its own short Enquiries list. If you also have MJX CRM, the same enquiries are in the CRM with all its tools.

When do I see the Enquiries list?

Only when your own WhatsApp number is connected and "Save enquiries from WhatsApp" is on. Until then the list is not in the menu.

Does the shared MJX number count?

No. On the shared MJX number your messages still go out, but people who message you are not saved in this list. Connect your own number for that.

What does the auto-reply know?

Your courses on sale (names and prices), your notes for the AI, and the latest updates you write. It does not make up fees, dates or offers.

Which plan do I need?

Connecting your own WhatsApp number comes with the Pro plan. Forever Free sends no WhatsApp messages.
