#Questions people ask
An employee says they cannot check in. What should I check first?
That Staff check themselves in is ticked on Staff attendance, that your plan is MJX Attendance Basic or above, and that you have not already marked them for the day.
A menu item is missing. Why?
Menus follow your products, your plan, the person's role and the organisation type. The owner or an admin can open Settings › See exactly what decides your menu → to see why.
My biometric machine shows no punches. What now?
Check the server address, Port 80, Domain name ON and HTTPS OFF on the machine, and that its serial number is added exactly as Device Info shows it.
