Your school or institute owns your child's records, fees and courses. Ask them first about marks, fees, or which course you were given. For app or sign-in problems, you can contact MJX at the numbers above.
#Privacy questions and grievances
For privacy requests (for example deleting your data) and grievances, use the contact in section 12 of the Privacy Policy. Grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours.
