The institutes that do best with MJX Learn keep their course pages complete, answer learners quickly, and look at their numbers once a week. Here is what that looks like in practice.

#Before you launch a course

  • Name it the way students search — "NEET Crash Course 2026", not "Batch B".
  • Fill the sales page details — what you will learn, what they need first, and three or four real questions with answers.
  • Add a cover picture and an instructor with a photo. A face builds trust.
  • Mark one or two topics as Free sample so visitors can try before paying.
  • Preview every topic with Preview — especially Google Drive PDFs (share as "Anyone with the link") and YouTube videos (set to Unlisted).
  • Decide who pays the charges and check the example on the form so your price is what you want to receive.
  • Turn on the name-and-number watermark under Protect the videos.
  • Write your Terms & Privacy (the AI draft takes a minute) and set up Invoices & GST.
  • Get verified on Getting paid & KYC before you advertise, so money reaches your bank without delay.

#Every day

  • Answer Doubts — the sidebar row shows a red number when questions are waiting.
  • Mark the Offline attendance register for in-person classes.
  • Check the dashboard's Today box: live classes today, unanswered doubts, new learners, stopped at checkout.
  • Join live classes a minute early (Google Meet may hold the first people in a waiting room).

#Every week

  • Open Analytics › How is it doing? — where did visitors fall away?
  • Open Who didn't pay? and send a friendly WhatsApp to people who left at checkout.
  • Open Who stopped?, tick the learners who went quiet and approve a nudge batch.
  • Look at What are they stuck on? — re-record or add notes to the busiest topics.
  • Reply to new Reviews, especially low ones. A calm public reply reads well to future buyers.
  • Answer every Refund request — after 7 days MJX may decide for you.
  • Add the week's live-class recordings with Add recording.

#Every month

  • Check Sidebar › Settings › Getting paid & KYC › Your sales and your money and match Transfer ID · UTR against your bank statement.
  • Look at Possible account sharing; take access away where it is clearly shared.
  • Refresh App banners — new batch, results, offers.
  • Review discount codes and switch off ones that have done their job.
  • Clear What you owe MJX if anything is due, so your account never pauses.

#Habits that work

HabitWhy
Release chapters day by day for long coursesLearners keep coming back, and a batch moves at one pace.
Use batches for live coursesEach batch gets its own timetable and live classes, and seats can be limited.
Keep one test series per courseRanks and percentiles become meaningful as more learners sit the same tests.
Put teachers on courses under Who answers questionsLearners can ask, and teachers see only their own work.
Use Notify learners for news, nudges for follow-upsNotifications reach everyone; nudges speak to one person at a time.
Give access by hand only with a reasonThe reason is kept, and hand-added learners can be billed to you.

#Questions people ask

What is the single biggest thing that helps sales?

A free sample topic and a complete sales page. Visitors who can watch one topic and read what they will learn are far more likely to press Buy.

How often should I check doubts?

Every day. The sidebar shows a red number when questions are waiting, and the dashboard shows unanswered doubts under Today.

How do I reduce refund requests?

Describe the course honestly on the sales page, offer a free sample, and release content so learners see value early. Refunds are only allowed in the first 15 days and while little of the course has been used.
