MJX People is how Pathshala keeps your staff on the record: who works here, who reports to whom, leave with real balances, letters on your letterhead, and attendance that each person marks from their own phone. It is made of MJX HR and MJX Attendance on the website, and the MJX People app that every employee installs.

In Pathshala, the same screens work for an office, a shop, a clinic or a company (a Business) and for a school or coaching centre's teachers and staff.

What is MJX People?

MJX People is the staff side of Pathshala by MJX Technologies — MJX HR (records, leave, letters, requests) and MJX Attendance (check-in on the phone, shifts, biometric machines) — plus the MJX People app for every employee.

Is MJX People only for schools?

No. Offices, shops, clinics and companies sign up as a Business and see staff only — no students, classes or parents. Schools and coaching centres use the same screens for their teachers and staff.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Every sign-up starts with a 14-day trial of every feature, with no card. After that, MJX HR Forever Free and MJX Attendance Forever Free keep working for up to 5 employees.

Where is payroll?

Salaries and payslips are MJX Payroll, a separate product that reads the same people and the same register. See the Payroll docs.

Where is hiring?

In MJX Hire, its own product. A person hired there joins your People list with their checked documents.
